The late old master Saya Chone was born in upper burma and was trained art of painting under Saya Sa in the reign of King Thibaw dated 1885,19^th century in Kongbaung period.
He had painted many kinds of paintings such as portraits of the ministers,rich and poor including the various scenes of pagodas, temples ,huts and paddy fields. Sometimes we can see the beautiful and grand scenes of mandalay palace and its gate way, moat and city walls.
